t sick of the meals quick. With MODD I was surprised to see how well the meals held up, even after the expiry date! There is a lot of variety, so I haven’t gotten sick of the meals. And OMG the portion sizes, you truly get your money’s worth. The box will take you far, as we’ve been sharing meals between the family.
I’ve never understood macros and since buying a few boxes of MODD, my mindset towards food has changed and allowed me to eat to fuel my body! The meals have truly helped energize me and fuel me for my workouts! 100% Recommend!
